3 Full Management Service

As detailed for let only service and rent collection service plus:

Detailed 6 monthly inspections or as required Overseeing of all works reported by tenants, obtaining two quotes by approved contractors

All works checked and approved by a property manager

Detailed Invoices provided and cost deducted from next payment of rent

24 hour emergency maintenance number available for all tenants

Overseeing of insurance claims by property Manager
