During this last year, I’ve had a serious flood issue on the property I let out. The flat above refused to accept the leak was coming from his premises. This saga turned out to be substantial insurance loss . My tenant was having to endure a most unpleasant experience. Erika sorted out everything the tenant, putting in the claim, advising my solicitors & assisting in the collection of the claim. She was Absolutely first class to whom I’m very grateful.

Rosalie has been highly efficient in managing the sale of my property. It was not always an easy process but Rosalie managed it from start to end. She managed the relationships with the solicitors on both sides with determination. I can only recommend her; you couldn’t be in better hands
Erika is a complete star.
My tenants have had a complete nightmare with water ingress from the ceiling leaking directly onto their bed. Finding the cause of the leak has proved very complicated, involving both the management company and estate office. Erika has been instrumental in keeping all parties informed, while making sure that matters have always moved forwards when it would have been easy for insurance inertia to have made progress much less rapid than it has proved. Her experience with dealing with insurance claims involving similar circumstances has been invaluable. It has been no mean feat keeping all parties on side, but Erika has managed this, and I could not ask for better assistance for myself as a landlord, and hope my tenants would support this view.

Since I began using O-J several years ago, I have been very happy with the service provided. They have always kept me informed of any issues and taken care of them quickly. As tenants come and go, they are always quick to get the property back on the market and typically have new tenants contracted before the old tenants have moved out.
